SAN FRANCISCO (Jan. 16, 1998) -- Parasound's president, Richard Schram, has announced the company will offer a 10-year warranty on Parasound electronic components and indoor speakers.

The new warranty covers electronics components for 10 years parts and 5 years labor . In-wall and ceiling speakers are covered for 10 years parts and labor. Outdoor speakers are covered for 5 years parts and labor. Mechanical parts and lasers are covered for 2 years.

"Our warranty has caught up to the quality of our products," said Richard Schram. "Since the company was founded, we have steadily reduced failure rates and returns, so we can afford to do this for our customers."

The new Parasound warranty applies to products purchased after January 1, 1998.

Parasound is a 17 year-old privately owned U.S. company that specializes in providing affordable audio, home theater and architectural audio components to the critical listener.
