Araki is New President of Onkyo USA

Saddle River, NJ (10/26/05) -- Mr. Ken Araki has been named as
President of Onkyo USA, the North American sales arm of Onkyo
Corporation of Osaka, Japan, a highly regarded manufacturer of
premium audio-video components for the consumer, professional,
and systems integrator markets.
Araki replaces Kevin Miyagi, who has recently transferred to
Germany with overall responsibility for Onkyo Europe.

Mr. Araki has been with Onkyo Corporation since 1991, holding
increasingly important positions in sales, marketing, and engineering.
Most recently, Araki was Manager of US and Europe Sales in the
international marketing department at corporate headquarters in
Osaka, where he was deeply involved with Onkyo USA. Prior to that
he held positions as Manager of China/Export Sales, International
Marketing; Manager of New Product Planning Department for International
Markets; New Product Planning & Marketing for Onkyo, Europe;
and Manager Engineering Quality Control in Osaka. Araki holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Setsunan
University.
