BEDFORD, Texas (March 15, 2006) — Warrantech Corporation

and after-market warranties announced that an agreement has been
reached with Digital Delivery Group (DDG) to offer RepairMaster
service contracts on the company's extensive line of consumer
electronic products, effective immediately.
Digital Delivery Group is a consortium of 17 specialty distributors
dedicated to helping manufacturers and custom installation professionals
provide the latest in fully-integrated audio, video, networking
and home automation systems to consumers. DDG will offer RepairMaster
contracts on computer, car audio home theater and other top-end
electronic products. This agreement is the first time DDG has
offered a comprehensive line of service contracts.
